elektrikle y\u00fcklenmeleri, bunun sonucunda toz materyalin m\u0131knat\u0131s etkisiyle metal y\u00fczeyi kaplamas\u0131 esas\u0131na dayanan bir boyama y\u00f6ntemi olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Toz boya kaplanan metal y\u00fczey 180-200 derece y\u00fcksek \u0131s\u0131 ile f\u0131r\u0131nlanarak boyan\u0131n k\u00fcrlenmesi sa\u011flanmakta ve b\u00f6ylece metalin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelen boyal\u0131 bir y\u00fczey elde edilmektedir.<br \/>-G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn yegane \u00e7evreci bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olan elektrostatik toz boya, uygulama esnas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan boya miktar\u0131n\u0131n %98\u2019nin metale tutturulabildi\u011fi sonucu ile bunu kan\u0131tlamaktad\u0131r. P\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme esnas\u0131nda boya partik\u00fcllerini \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck 07 mA ve \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck do\u011fru ak\u0131m y\u00fckleyerek topraklanm\u0131\u015f par\u00e7an\u0131n \u00fczerine transferidir.Sistemde di\u011fer elektrikli el aletlerindeki gibi (matkap motoru vs.) cereyan \u00e7arpma ihtimali yoktur. Boya tabancadan \u00e7\u0131karken negatif (-) elektrik y\u00fcklenir. Boyanacak topraklanm\u0131\u015f par\u00e7an\u0131n (+) y\u00fczeyine \u00e7engel \u015feklinde kuvvet yollar\u0131n\u0131 takip ederek gider.<br \/>-Boya partik\u00fclleri; z\u0131t kutuplar birbirini \u00e7eker prensiplerine g\u00f6re par\u00e7a \u00fczerine \u00e7ekilirler. Polimer tozlar\u0131n\u0131n elektrostatik olarak kaplanacak par\u00e7alar\u0131n \u00fczerine ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra eritilmesi ile meydana gelen kaplamaya toz boya kaplama denir. Elektrostatik toz boyama solvent i\u00e7ermeyen bir y\u00fczey kaplama metodudur. Kaplay\u0131c\u0131 malzeme, son kat boya tabakas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan \u00e7ok ince toz boya partik\u00fclleridir. Toz boya, boya kabininde \u00f6zel boya tabancalar\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla at\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\u2013 Tabancadan ge\u00e7erken elektrostatik y\u00fcklenen toz boya partik\u00fclleri kabin i\u00e7inde boyanacak malzemeye yap\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve kaplama i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olur. Toz boyan\u0131n malzeme y\u00fczeyine tam olarak yap\u0131\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in malzemenin de \u00e7ok iyi bir \u015fekilde topraklanmas\u0131 gerekir. Fazla at\u0131lan boya, kabinde bulunan boya geri kazan\u0131m sistemi sayesinde toplan\u0131r ve tekrar kullan\u0131ma sokulur. Boya geri kazan\u0131m sistemi elektrostatik toz boyama teknolojisinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomik avantajlar\u0131ndan biridir.
